The Syrian blogosphere has become one. I don’t mean that in the usual ‘campaigning’ way. I mean, we all sound the same.
We have lost our identity, our unique styles, our idiosyncrasies. We just have one focus: Gaza.
Almost every single post I have read is in some way linked to the massacre. Others are dealing with it in their own way, and not posting at all. We are all for Gaza.
We don’t need some joint ‘letter’, some ‘group’, we just are. We are all for Gaza.
I’ll tell you how I noticed this. I was reading a new blog I’d found, called Souvenirs and Scars and I realised, I couldn’t tell too much about her personality (not from the recent posts anyway). We are all for Gaza.
And yes, you may have noticed the contrast between this post and the previous one. It is deliberate but not planned.
